Shipping policy

We currently provide worldwide shipping. We provide free shipping for any order over $49. We package and ship orders to nearly every country across the globe, but transit times will vary from location to location

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-3 business days to handle & process your order.  Shipping typically takes 2-5 days for US warehouses and 12-15 days worldwide for products shipped from China. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season, as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors like distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Certain products might have longer processing or production times. If a factory is out of stock or experiencing production delays, it can impact shipping times. Please reach out to support@3Alleysmarket.com for additional assistance in this matter.

Customers will be notified as soon as their order is ready to ship. Automated updates and tracking numbers will be provided. Sometimes, additional delays, such as postal delays or customs inspections, may arise that are beyond our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. In cases where the package wasn’t received, a non-delivery certification from the local post office is required for a refund or replacement. In case of a lost package, please contact us as soon as possible. However, 3 AM will not process refunds or replacements if the tracking information indicates the order was delivered.

All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and the laws in your area, you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

If an order lacks tracking information, is in transit, is pending, or has expired beyond 60 days from the original shipping date (45 days for U.S. orders and 110 days for Brazil), 3 AM will offer a refund or resend the product at 3 AM’s expense. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over. Exceptions apply to certain shipping methods and destinations.
